Blueprint Igloo was founded in late 2008 with the first issue being delivered during the first week of March 2009. Around 14,000 copies of the Blueprint Igloo booklet are hand delivered in the Belgrave and Rushey Mead areas of Leicester (and their surrounding areas) on a quarterly basis with up to 1,000 more copies being distributed at various events. Blueprint Igloo has quickly established itself as a great marketing tool, useful for any business looking to market itself in Belgrave and Rushey Mead in Leicester.


The concept behind Blueprint Igloo is to help businesses and services promote themselves in a cost effective manner. We recognise that it is important for people to know that even in difficult times, there are many businesses who are still carrying on as usual and that there are some great deals to be made.


Belgrave, Rushey Mead and Hamilton are areas of North/ North East Leicester. Hamilton is a large vibrant community which has been continually developing and growing since the 1980's. Belgrave and Rushey Mead are home to a large, vibrant Asian community. Belgrave Road (the main road running through Belgrave and into Leicester City Centre) is known as the "Golden Mile" and is well known for its high concentration of jewellery and sweet shops, not to mention the huge selection of asianwear shops and fine restaurants which attract large volumes of locals and visitors throughout the year.
